Council membership is open to the following member types:

  • Candidate Members
  • Corresponding Fellows
  • Fellows
  • Fellowship Trainees
  • Honorary Fellows
  • Medical Students
  • National Affiliates
  • Residents
  • Senior Members
  • Specialty Fellows​

Dues/year:

Medical Students, Residents and Fellowship Trainees - $0*
All other National member types - $30*
Council Affiliates - $60

*In addition to National dues

Special Requirements: Members interested in contributing toward the objectives of the Council. 

Council affiliate membership

  1. Licensed physicians not eligible for AAP Membership.

  2. Allied Health Professionals such as RNs, PAs and PhDs actively interested in the study or practice of school health and who are interested in contributing toward the objectives of the Council.

Allied Health Professional Affiliates must submit:

  • Copy of medical license
  • Copy of curriculum vitae
